Farve had his chance

Every year it seems like the same question, is he coming back or isn't he? It seems like Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy left the door open for him to come back, after-all these guys are supposed to be professionals. When Farve retired nobody held a gun to his head, and McCarthy and Thompson even flew down to Hattisburg, Ms to ask he to if retirement was his final decision.

Think about this, if you tell your employer that your going to quit and then they hire someone to replace you, that was your decision, if you then decide to return chances are there are no spots left for you since your job was already filled by your replacement.

I think it's selfish of Farve to now decide to come back when he knew all along that the team had already told Aaron Rodgers that he will be the starting QB for the Green Bay Packers. Now this whole mess puts the Packers in a very hard position. As a life long fan I say stay with your current plan and if Farve does show up at training camp he could be the back up.
